I went here because my coworkers said it was a good place to go and I needed my nails done for my wedding. They were super kind and professional. The lady who did my nails was very nice and chatted with me so I didn’t feel awkward. She did a really good job and I was very happy with the result, even though my nails were shorter than I wanted them to be at the time (my fault not hers). Overall a great experience and I will go back if I ever get my nails done again 🙂

Received the worst service ever! Website states that they accept walk ins – I walked in and was told they would not service me and that I should have called because they are appointment only. I stated that means that you need to update your website to state that. The man at the front was so rude when I said that and told me he doesn’t care and started yelling at me. I will never ever recommend anyone to receive services here. The entire time I remained nice and respectful but the terrible customer service I received on my first visit – no one should have to experience that!

I didn’t get the name of my tech but she was phenomenal! After having had a poor first experience at a different salon, I was relieved to have had a wonderful experience here. My nail tech was so gentle and worked carefully with surgical precision to even them out and painted them so beautifully! Huge thank you to my amazing nail tech for making this such a positive experience- I’ll definitely be coming back!

Obsessed! I haven’t done my nails for a while since I’ve moved, and finding a new nail salon to go to can be stressful. Luxury nail spa is amazing! My nails look beautiful, they’re symmetrical and they followed the design I requested. My nail tech was very attentive to detail which I really appreciate! It’s not very often you get that at salons, but Luxury nail spa did amazing! The owners and workers are very nice as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone stressed about nail symmetry/shape. Definitely coming again.
