I don’t even have words to say! I am very disappointed being a loyal customer for almost 3 years! My toe now has an infection i got a pedicure 3-4 days ago! And it hurts. I love the lady who did my toes but why it’s infected i don’t know! Don’t know if ill be comfortable coming back!

I can’t believe how horrible the tech, Carolee, made my gdaughter’s nails look and when I asked about fixing them the guy/maybe manager wouldn’t take the time to even listen to what I was saying. He kept just talking right over me not acknowledging anything. But I’m even more upset at the way the tech/Carolee treated my grandchild who was getting nails for the first time. She said the filing was burning her cuticles and when she pulled away due to pain the woman would yank her hand back. She was intentionally being mean!! When I mentioned this to the guy/maybe manager up front, there was no apology or any remorse. My grandchild later told me that when I was talking with him she could see the tech just smirking as if it was funny!!
This is a horrible place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone here!

WARNING!!! I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars. first of all….. They’re overpriced for the services they do and charged me extra for nails that were extra short and square. Regular nails nothing fancy. LOL ANYWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE. These people have me terrible infection on my toes. I came up there the next day and I was so kind and quiet as they had a salon full of people and I told them about my infection and showed him my toes. This picture is a week later so you can only imagine how it looked fresh. It was disgusting and leaking pus. They didnt offer me any help and when I asked for my money back he told me no. STATE LAW SAYS ANY CUTS OR INFECTIONS IS A FREE SERVICE. I will be reporting this company for TDLR. yall have disgusting customer service and clearly do not sanitize. I am an esthetician student so I am very familiar with the rules and regulations. This was my first and last time coming here. Yall really had the nerve to offer me a 50% discount on my next visit? TUH! Never coming again and I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone come here. I paid $125 for a service that I pay $80 else where for. How is my gel polish chipping after 1 week? This place is trash.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!! This place is ridiculous, I have bacteria growing under my nail because of them. They told me it wasn’t bacteria. Of course they don’t want to take responsibility for their mess up. They also don’t wear gloves when doing ANYTHING!!! PLEASE, stay away from this place!!!
