Went in for a simple polish change on my toes – tech did an ok job although tried to talk me into a pedi after being to,d I just had one last week, just didn’t like the color. The real shocker came when I went to pay – $20!!! For a polish change! They used to charge $12. I won’t be going back. Must be why the place was empty when the new place a 2 minute ride away is very busy!

I had Sam as my technician. I asked for dip nails and they didn’t have much selection, which was fine! I decided to go with black anyways. I asked her twice during the service if she will fix my thumb, and she answered “I’m not done yet!” With some attitude. I told her I’m just asking because I have had experiences at other place where they let me leave with nails that aren’t the best. At that point, I was like okay, I guess I will wait until the end. I could tell her demeanor completely changed towards me and it seemed like she was rushing. She was picking up multiple calls in between to schedule appointments. Towards the end, she started saying how she couldn’t believe people let me leave with bad nails and that she wouldn’t do that, and asking me my age as well. I was like, well, $40 is expensive so you know you want to make sure you get what you paid for and it’s done well. At this point, she started going on about how every thing is expensive nowadays, so $40 is not expensive (it is though lol). At the end, I just wanted to leave. As you can see from my picture, the thumb is definitely not even as well as some other nails and the under nails are still filled with nail polish/nail residue. When you leave a place you should leave feeling like your money is well spent or that you received good treatment. It was pretty disappointing and I still tipped her $6.

Worst experience of my life from the time I arrived. The selection of colors was horrible. Their staff had no knowledge of what they were doing. I said acrylic refill, she Yes’d me then did pink gel…. The nails are chunky the color is not even and I was charged $70… never in my life

MY SERVICE COST 100$, 80 FOR NAILS 10 FOR EYEBROW WAX 10 FOR LIP WAX,AND THE SERVICE SUCKED! These people are horrible and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, also they demand more money for a tip, very rude, bad service ,do not recommend, will never waste time there again, even if they offered a FREE service I would DECLINE, you couldn’t even pay me to be around such measly rude arrogant people. Also I witnessed a lady who wanted a simple design consisting of 5 total lines and nobody could figure it out, they are pathetic and way to over priced.

I had Eugene as my nail tech. He wasn’t overly talkative or forcing small talk which I actually like. He was patient with me and gentle which I appreciated. It was my first time here and I would definitely come back. It’s tucked away in the plaza next to party fair but inside it’s bright, clean and quiet. The only thing negative I would say is they don’t have a large selection of polish like most places but they do a really nice job and I didn’t feel rushed.
