Excellent customer service!! Lily did a great job. My nails look incredible, and towards the end of my appointment I got a call and had to leave earlier than expected, and even though I said I could come back they rushed to finish everything perfectly.

So disappointed!! I got a dip manicure and the polish started coming off that night, and my nails aren’t even!! I would like my money back! I’ll never go back again!!

This is definitely the worst nail salon in the north end, they are always running behind schedule so if you’re in a rush definitely don’t go here, they usually do a pretty bad job at keeping the nails even. Regularly people who I know that go here complain about their nails pointing in different directions as well as being different lengths from each other. The last time I went here I got French nails and the tips were all different lengths. Definitely do not recommend.

I am in a wheelchair, and I got my nails done here. The girl that did my nails was so nice and gentle. It’s hard finding places that are wheelchair accessible, especially for nails. I will be back here again and I recommend it to everyone!
