I’ve been coming to Luxe for about a year, and I plan on many more visits! My toes always look great and last a long time. I never have problems with the final product because every technician I’ve been serviced by has been great! And Annie and Ben have done such great jobs on my hands. Super happy to have a nail tech like Annie!
Definitely the best salon i’ve been too, especially if you want nail art!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’ve been to this place 3 times in hopes it was just a single nail tech that wasn’t qualified. The 2nd time I came here, the lady asked me who did my nails (because they were thick and lumpy). I told her it was at their salon. She did a good job on my nails, so I was hoping to get her when I came this time around. I got someone different and he made me bleed twice. Cut my cuticle in the picture, but also cut me under my nail bed. He also burnt one of my fingers. My nails are thick, lumpy, and uneven. I gave this place a chance, but I won’t recommend it. There are a minimum of 2 nail techs here who are unqualified. They seem to be okay with that standard. Horrible experience.

The atmosphere is very good however, the service for a full set was bad. I told the Nail tech that I wanted My nails on the corners a little bit straighter, and not as wide. The nails were thick and she didn’t wash my hands. She proceeded to put cuticle oil and left my nails a mess when I proceeded to check out. I told the male in the front, what was wrong with my nails, and he said that it won’t take long to fix them the lady who did my nails in the beginning started to fix them again, but only made the problem worse because my nail polish on my edges came off and because she filed them so hard my fingers hurt. The one in pinks is the shape I asked for and the other one mines.

Ben and his wife are amazing! Despite me coming in as a walk in later in the day they were extremely patient and hospitable! This is definitely my regular spot to do my nails from here on out! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Very professional and they do an amazing job! Thanks so much for everything!

They’re the most amazing nail place I’ve ever been too. Managers are so kind, as well as all of the staff. Been going here for the last year and never been disappointed. They take their time but also super efficient! I will only ever go here
