My nails turned out beautiful, the painting was great. My pedicure as well. The reason I gave a 3 is because I came in for acrylics and was talked into gelx by the gentleman. He told me it was better for my nails and would last just as long and can be refilled. I asked how long minimum and was told 3 weeks. At 1 week my thumb nail came off. My finger has been trying to come off on two nails since day 10. Unfortunately going back and getting nails fixed as they fall off isn’t something I can afford or do especially since there is no reason they should fall off. I am very careful and don’t do anything crazy with my hands. This was a treat from my spouse after my first cancer treatment. I spent $98 on just my nails, yes artwork is in that price but I definitely didn’t expect them to come off like this.
Otherwise art work was great and the nail techs were sweet.

20/10!!! Love this place! Great service and beautiful ambiance. Pricey but where isn’t these days and the work is worth it! I go regularly for my nails and feet but today I took my girls ages 4,5 and 16. They had a ball and their nails came out beautiful. They also serve snacks and beverages (yes wine also) and the owners make you feel like you’re really a part of the family. I’ve finally found a home for my hands n feet! ❤️

They are extremely nice. They actually listened to what I wanted and the results were outstanding. They let me keep my real nails and gave me tips on the ones I had broke off so all my nails would be the same length. I love them. I will go back there and I will refer my friends to them. Thanks for the pleasant experience. 💙

I normally get my pedicure here and nails rarely. Yesterday, I decided to get a full set plus pedicure for me and my two daughters. Things went downhill quickly with my pedicure. I asked that my toenails not be filed down real short due to them already being cut down by my podiatrist. She (the tek) still filed them down. I asked for a particular color but another color was given. When I questioned it, she became defensive and told me it was out of stock. I was so displeased by this point to when I went to get the full set of nails it really didn’t matter about what was done. I asked for one solid nail and freestyle for the other nails. I should have picked a design or shown a pocturee of what I wanted. The tech was wonderful to work with but the design is lacking for the almost $100 price tag. I did notice that my nail aren’t even on both hands. It may be time to take a break from here. I do love the atmosphere and normally the service however yesterday was a let down. This was a special trip for my 16 year old birthday.
FYI, I did speak with the owner about the pedicure in which they defended the technician by explaining she knows broken English so I should have spoken with another tech beside or called someone over.
The incorrect words in my post were put in after I received the argumentative response back. Yes, my daughters nails were done beautifully since it was brought up. The birthday girl was very pleased with her outcome.

One of the best nail salons I have been to in Fayetteville and I have been to a few different places and this was the first time I was happy when I walked out. They took good care of my daughter for her birthday and she was happy when she was done as well..Amy was great she helped me decide what I wanted and did a beautiful job. Well worth the money! I will be returning in the future.
