Highly recommended! Diem does the best nails and I’ve been going here for 2 years and she never disappoints! Her designs are creative and I always get great compliments on my nails. They last forever!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Luxe Nail Spa. As the maid of honor in a wedding this weekend, I was looking forward to getting my nails done and chose Luxe Nail Spa because they offer Gel-X extensions, which are a great alternative for me since I am allergic to acrylics.

I requested long almond-shaped nails with a simple design. While the technician was kind, she didn’t follow my instructions. She insisted on using my natural nail length instead of the extensions I asked for, resulting in short, button-like nails. I repeated myself several times that I wanted extensions but my request was ignored. For the design, I wanted simple, curvy lines going diagonally up my nails, but she kept insisting on doing a French manicure instead. When she attempted the design I showed her, she did straight lines up the sides, completely ignoring my request. After several failed attempts at other designs that were similar to what I wanted, I reluctantly agreed to the French manicure because we were going on the 2 hour mark.

The final straw was when she cut my cuticles a second time, causing me to bleed in several places. She blamed my “sensitive skin” for the bleeding and used a dirty napkin with polish on it to clean up the blood. This experience was far from the quality and care I expected for the amount that I paid.

As a walk-in they greeted me right away. Lyn was patient and professional in assisting me to find just the color I needed for dip manicure. She was thorough and efficient. Her work is quality, and took care that the dip is not too thick on my nails tapering the edges by my cuticle for a more natural look which I prefer. The photo is almost two weeks later. She has won me over as a customer for life!

Diem is the BEST. I get compliments on my nails literally all the time. Barista at Starbucks grabbed my hand out of the drive thru window to get a better look, lol. Her designs are amazing, i’ve gotten dinosaurs, mario, halloween, harry potter. She can do anything and the attention to detail is insane.

It is her shop, and her parents work there as technicians as well. It’s great to support a local family operated small business. It’s very clean and everyone is super nice.

With her amazing work, she’s obviously very busy so make sure to make an appointment. I’m posting some pics of the designs she’s done for me in the past – but they have all been amazing.

The red nails are 3 weeks old… and they still look amazing – super strong and they don’t break. These are my natural nails with buidler gel.

The nail shop is pretty and the staff is very friendly and nice. They just got new chairs in the shop. And they’re very comfortable but when I pay a lot of money for a gel manicure I expect it to last a few weeks. My gel manicure started peeling and shipping after the first day. I called the shop. And they were happy to get me and to redo the nail that was chipping by the time. I got there a few hours later. My other nails started shipping and peeling. So by the time I arrived I had about five nails that needed to be redone after only a day. I’m not hard on my nails. I work from home. I keep them short so I can type well. But I haven’t done anything with my nails or my hands to make a gel manicure peel and chip as fast and is easily as this did. They redid my nails, but now the new nails look dark and bright And the other ones look dull and you can see through the color to my nail. Which I didn’t notice from the beginning since I thought the nail color ended up being a Gray under the
Glitter flecks of color on top then realized once they redid my nails The nail color is actually black. Now, here it is 2 more days later and the nails that were redone have already started to chip and peel. Not sure if it’s the products that they use. Maybe they are expired or poor quality gel or if the nails didn’t cure long enough. But two different people did my nails and the same result peeling and chipping after only a day or so.
