Owner is very rude. She was very rude to me and I have gone here for years and never again. One time I was in getting a manicure I even over heard her make fun of a disabled lady who a customer in there getting her nails done. The owner was snickering and making comments about her when the disabled customer could not hear her. It is awful to make fun of people who are disabled. She should be respectful of all her customers. They are paying customers too. I also hear here making fun of customers after she hangs up the phone after talking with them to other employees. She mocks customers. She should be respectful of all her customers and not make fun of them. I will never go here again.She is also rough when she did my nail and she made them weak I had to wait a year before I had them done again. They would split. I had a different person do them from then on. Very unprofessional business owner.
I am going to respond to the owner’s direct comment to my review. The last time I was coming in I was running late due to a doctor appointment and I was coming from a long distance (Marengo). I knew I was going to be late so I called and got the answering machine and left a message that I was going to be 10 minutes late due to a doctors appointment running long and to call me back and let me know if that would be ok for me to still come in. The owner called back 20 minutes before arrival but had not listed to the message so I let her know due to my doctor’s appointment running longer than expected I was going to be 10 minutes late according to my GPS. She said that was fine to go ahead and still come in. When I got there it was 10 minutes late. I apologize to the technician and explained what happened with my doctors appointment. She was very understanding and said it was ok. I picked out a few colors and sat down immediately and decided what color while she started working not to delay her farther. So a month later when I called to make my next appointment I don’t know why the owner was snickering at me and being so rude and telling me not to be late this time. I reminded her of the situation of what had happened with the doctor’s appointment and how I had called prior and she and the technician was ok with me still coming in. I have gone here for years and never been late before. She was so rude to me on the phone when I said I was never returning and she replied “Well Thank You.” Very unprofessional,
I never called her any foul words when she was rude about the late situation. I don’t know why she even put that in her comments. She doesn’t take responsibility for her actions and makes the customer the problem. And yes she does make fun of her customers, she is denying it. She is being dishonest. Avoid this place and please go somewhere where you will be treated with respect. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

If I could rate no stars I definitely would. This place scheduled me almost a month out and then sent me a text the day of saying that my appointment was canceled. I called years later and the owner was really rude and claimed that I was on a block list for not showing up, when in fact they had canceled. Very bad customer service, but thank god for text messages because I will be following back up with this soon.

Made a last minute pedicure appt. Jasmine (sp?) was the technician. She was so thorough and SO meticulous on the polish. Massage chair was super comfy! I’ll definitely be back!

My pedicure was amazing. My technician was so friendly. Worth every penny!!

Extra clean. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff. Very enjoyable.
