Visited Luxe for the first time for a refill and a pedi, and had the most amazing experience! I felt so pampered! The spa is absolutely beautiful. Both nail techs were so friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding the type of color I was looking for. I literally almost fell asleep with the massage that came with the pedi because it was so relaxing! Stephanie was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job on my nails (just how I like them)! I will be back!

I am giving this a 3 star only because the manager or owner was extremely helpful and addressed my issues. But their nail tech did not fully remove my previous color, you can still see the blue underneath my nails. I have never had a nail salon not fully remove previous color!!! And then on top of this the nails were bulky and poorly done. The shape was off the top coat was wrinkly. Just

… again the manager was very helpful and re did them but the blue is still there.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was so disappointed that I felt I have to. I got a classic French tip full set with almond shaped nails. The glue was stuck everywhere and ended up ripping off part of the top coat on my pinky. Additionally, when I told my technician that I was worried about full coverage on the sides of my nails, he dismissed my comment several times and I ended up leaving with incomplete sides of my nails. It was so overpriced and I was instantly feeling like I had just wasted $85 on a bad nail job.

i’m not typically the type to write reviews, especially negative ones but i am just torn. i have been going to luxe and been loyal for over 2-3 years now, they have always been my favorite salon to go to, i am always satisfied with my nails and some may not like it and take it as rushed but their fast-pace work is one of the main reasons i have always come back to luxe. over the years the quality has gone down and prices have gone wayyy up. i believe i am getting charged for services i did not receive, i came by a while back and got charged 270+ for two manicures, very simple and short almond shape and one classic pedicure which starts at $30. it wasn’t an issue before but everytime i visit with my sister we are always pressured to tip, i have a hard time saying no so i always give in but it just puts us all in an uncomfortable situation. this has happened multiple times and i’ve tried to come back and give them more chances but it is just the same thing everytime, ive never made a fuss about prices and affording it has never been an issue but it just makes me sad that this is how long-time and good tipping customers are treated. overcharging for basic nails and then demanding more money on top of it is just ludicrous. i hope there will be some changes but i think i would be better taking my business elsewhere, which makes me very upset since i have always loved luxe

Was super excited to try this salon yesterday as I’ve been to many in the area. The staff was not very friendly & I felt super rushed in. Definitely NOT a warm or welcoming salon. My tech was rushing the experience and the salon was not busy whatsoever. She repeatedly threw my hand down in between color and was not gentle or kind. I had asked her to file them round & she did not as well as my nails ended up being different lengths/shapes because she didn’t even take the time to re inspect. Didn’t bother doing my cuticles or any of the prep, she just slapped the dip on and barely filed them. The whole experience was disappointing as I thought this would be my new spot. After reading other reviews the unfriendly atmosphere sounds like a common consensus :/ Super disappointed with this place unfortunately!
