Tom does a beautiful job, he’s delicate and has an eye for detail. He did a sparkling baby blue dip power, and they look like Cinderella’s dress, I feel like a princess 👸 ✨️

I’m not even sure why I made an appointment when they didn’t even start working on my nails till 30 mins after my appointment started. My nails should have taken 1 hour, but I ended up leaving after 1 hour and 40 minutes. I’m not even happy with my nails, I just couldn’t spend my entire afternoon in a nail salon. They overbooked themselves and allow walks in when people with appointments are waiting. Save ur money and time and go somewhere else.

My nails are literally rough, they didn’t clean them up at all. I’m leaving with the worst possible nails ever and $65 down.

Update: after ONE DAY, my nails are already chipping. I am so frustrated by this experience. I paid $65, just to have to go to a different salon to get my nails done.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this place! I highly recommend booking an appointment in advance as they tend to get quite busy. The staff there is incredibly nice and friendly, and they really take their time to ensure you have a great experience. Even when they are busy, they never rush you out and make you feel valued as a customer.

I did have to wait for a little while for my appointment, but it was understandable as they had a lot of people to attend to. However, to make up for the wait, they kindly provided us with coupons as a gesture of goodwill. It was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to offer a wider variety of drink options. While they do provide complementary waters, it would be nice to have more choices available. Nonetheless, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience I had at this place.

All in all, I highly recommend this place for their exceptional service, friendly staff, and the value they place on customer satisfaction. Just make sure to book ahead to secure your spot!

So bummed that the quality of service has dropped dramatically. I have been coming to Luxe for the last 4 years for pedicures mainly. I used to rave about their cleanliness and impeccable work regardless of nail tech. My last 3 in a row were terrible. I am switching nail salons. I hope they get their mojo back!
