I was happy to get right in for a pedicure-no one else was there. My technician cut my toenails so short that at work the next day it felt like my toes were going to bleed. I really need to pay better attention, but really? Where in the world would this look good!

Was way over charged. I got a French gel polish manicure, and my neices wanted tips with acrylic and gel polish over with a manicure. They glued full nail over her nails bed, and gel polished. She didn’t get a manicure, nor did they use acrylic. She pretty much got what they use to call “party” nails. Was 100 for the 2 of us. They said mine was 45, so her’s was 55. For them to glue down a nail and gel polish. She wanted the full experience which she has never had. I could have went and bought her fake nails from Walmart for 12 bucks. So poor girl didn’t even get a manicure, no soak, no file, no cuticle work, no acrylic. A few are a little wonky and crooked. They were rushing to take walk ins, jumping between clients with out sanitizing hands. They don’t follow their price menu, literally think they pulled random numbers up on check out. When reading other reviews, lots of people are being over charged last min at the desk. Very upset I paid 55 bucks for them to glue on a full nail and gel paint it for her. He was done in 15 mins with her whole set. Just unfortunate for a girl wanting her nails done for her winter formal dance. If they would take their time, instead of getting them in and out for fast money.

All of my neices nails popped off yesterday. So they lasted 2 days and I got charged 65. Absolutely ridiculous. I should get a refund.

Had an appointment for 12:30, just acrylic nail fill needed. I didn’t even have the option for getting into a chair until 2:30. To be noted too, they kept taking walk-ins and were very rude to just about every one that came in the building. After I finally got sat in a chair, they didn’t have the gold that I wanted for a design that was from a picture from their website. They were arguing amongst themselves, I think the store owner or manager was implying that they did in fact have it. The gentleman doing acrylics though swore up and down that it wouldn’t work/wasn’t the same. Then, they said they couldn’t even do the base color – I had wanted a simple natural green. Ended up having to just leave as I didn’t want to over pay for nails that I didn’t want after waiting 2+ hours past my appointment. Turns out too, I was sent to get my nails done so they’d look nice for a proposal.

Proposal went phenomenal.
Nail place I’d never recommend.

Amazing experience. Made an appointment online that morning, decided to try the dip technique instead of my usual. I loved it! I’ll never change. Incredible multitaskers. Cool environment. Funny jokes. Thank you again.

Friendly, kind, and willingness too do a great job and timely matter. We literally walked in and got in after what didn’t seem like long. we shopped at the stores next too lux and man the skill level is great highly recommend 👍
