The lady that took me kept grabbing at my hands and tugging and most if not all don’t have acrylic to the edges of my nails. My thumbs look the worst and she told me it was 45 then when I payed with card she gave herself a 10 dollar tip without telling me. I understand some mandarin and she was saying I had nasty nails and they were way too short and ugly to her co-workers. Would not recommend! ( my thumbnail is not that big in width)

I got my nails done 1/28 but the guy in chair 3. I was hesitant as I’ve always had nails break when he does it. Well it’s now Friday morning and 3 nails have already broke they fixed two at no cost . One was from zipping my coat one was from folding laundry and the other was the day after. I love 60 miles from this place and it’s expensive to get fixed .. I have been getting My nails done for over 7 years and NEVER had so many break before a fill let alone within 6 days!

Horrible experience. I am not one that typically spends money on stuff like this, but I decided I would today. I definitely wish I wouldn’t have. I was planning to do a mani and pedi. I walked in so my expectations were low, but was told they could do it right now. Picked my color and had a seat after being motioned to sit down on a pedi chair. One lady starts the water I asked if it could be turned up because it was cold. Seemed like she made an attempt but the water was still very cold. Another lady comes to do the pedi doesn’t look at me or speak to me the whole time. Pulls/taps my feet to move them. I don’t do this stuff so I have no idea what I am doing. I didn’t know how to fix the chair and didn’t dare move to piss her off more so I was so uncomfortable the whole time. After she’s done she points to some chairs, I ask to grab my stuff and she just keeps pointing. She brings my stuff over and says it’s “$35 you add tip on here” Whelp guess im not getting a mani. The whole encounter was uncomfortable and awkward and very unwelcoming.

Pedi was fantastic. Also asked for a manicure and full set. This gal was horrible. I will never return. I’ll find someplace that does what I ask for less than $160.00. She never did one thing about a manicure. Just put the nails right over skin around nails that should have been trimmed off.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had with my nails. I came in tipped over and V Lady fixed my nails 💅 wonderfully. Plus she actually listened and did MORE than I wanted!!! Superior service! Cannot wait to see her again 🙌🏻
