My sister in law had to go back to them to redo her nails since they were falling off after THREE days! She was told it was because her nail beds are too short and she touches too much water. She has had her nails done at other places and her nails have stayed in with her actual nails being as short as they are now. I use to work in the nursing field and with children and have had acrylics on and they do not fall off until approximately 2 weeks. I personally have them the benefit of the doubt and thought it could have been just the nail tech and not the whole place, but the nail tech that did my nails also messed up. The length is uneven comparingboth hands, also the shape is uneven as well, not just by comparing hands but on the fingers themselves. On my right thumb one side is longer than the other. When my sister in law had told them that she just wanted to get the whole set replaced they told her it wasn’t a good idea. She also wanted to change the color because the color she originally picked out was not the color she wanted. They charged her an additional $15 to change the color. She asked for chrome they stated they only had one color in chrome but when someone else had come in asking for chrome they told them that they had multiple colors in chrome. They kept saying they wished they were closed already it was only THREE PM and they close at SEVEN PM. DO NOT GO HERE THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY! They do not take Thier jobs seriously. They have also put my sister in law’s name down in they’re book as someone who is a nuisance and should not be serviced anymore because of their fault. The only difference in her nails before and now is there is no nails missing and the color has changed. Some of her nails are still lifting and about to fall off.

I have been going to Lux nails about 8 months and been happy everytime. But went with something more than a simple one color dip and I’m obsessed. They’re so cute. Everyone is always accommodating and sweet when I bring one of my 4 daughters. Could not be happier with my nails and experience

I haven’t been coming long but I love it. I travel 35 minutes to them because I love the atmosphere and Toni does a great job on my nails and feet.

I personally didn’t get my nails done, but my aunt did and I sat beside her. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and funny. This place is the place I will have my nails done next time.

All of the girls at Lux are the best! I’ve had several of them do my nails and I have always loved them! I would give them 100 stars if I could!! 💞
