My mom and I went and got our nails done on Thursday and I just took this picture today which is Saturday and my nail is already chipping, it’s only been 2 days. First 50$ for a fill in is ridiculous. For the prices they’re throwing out I think the work should match up don’t just give us anything and want us to pay an arm and leg for them to rush and half do it. 10$ each for a daisy flower that you can barley see unless you’re up close is way too much. Also my first set I got with them two weeks ago was French tip and got my toes done with just white, 50 dollars for you to just put on a tip and finish it up is ridiculous when y’all use the same tip for a regular service and my toes looked like I did them myself and he cut me while doing them. The people are nice but the service they give do not match up with the price the want us to pay. Needless to say we are not going back there anymore.

Made an appointment for 4pm, was not seen until close to 5:15. The guy that did my nails was so rough, my fingers were so sore when I left. He ended up cutting multiple of my fingers. The nails themselves are also just dingy looking, especially for the price I paid. $85 for almond french tips?? That’s absolutely insane. Base pay for full set said $40 on the website so what’s the $45 up charge for? I guess I should have looked at other reviews before I decided to go here.

Yesterday, I went here to fix my nails that were done at a different salon. So, I got a fill in and repaint/new design. I was a walk it and had to wait a bit, which is fine cause I know there were people who had appointments. I sit down and show the guy the design I wanted. He gets to work and everything is fine in the beginning. Yes the drill was a bit rough and burned at times, I can get past that. The base coat, the black went on time, but the top matte coats was awful. It’s clumpy, weavy, and uneven. I didn’t realize till I left and was in decent lighting when I saw how bad they were. Less than 6 hours after having them them done, the top coat is already chipping and on one nail there is a spot where all the polish chipped away. I felt like the guy was rushing and obviously didn’t care cause he had to have seen the way they looked cause he had a bright light on them. Paid $55 for these and even tipped another $20 before I even had a good look at them. Now I’m gonna have to spend even more money to get them fixed. I’m not happy at all. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. More concerned about the other people waiting, than doing a decent job. Used cold water to rinse my legs & feet, cut 3 toes while hurrying to finish. The nail tech kept making fun of how short my fingernails were

I love going to Lux nails.. Paulie and her staff are amazing! I ever had an issue I could go in and they would make it right! They’re establishment, clean and very friendly! They are always my first choice to slay my nails! Shout out to Paulie for killing the game with my Thanksgiving nails❤️💪🏾
