David was very nice and friendly. I did not ask for gel polish on my feet and I told the lady at the front when I walk in no gel polish. For some reason he ended up giving me gel polish. I do not like gel polish because it takes forever to come off my feet. I usually have a good experience when I come. My deluxe pedicure, my feet usually come out very soft after leaving but that was not the case this visit. I still had a lot of dead skin/ cracked on my heel all the way around and it was not scrub or anything. My feet were dry when I left out. The pedicure took two hours with the wait for them to try to make it softer but it was just not a good experience for me this time around. Very disappointed and I had tipped very well too. I paid for a deluxe but it was not a deluxe experience or value for my buck. I’m not sure if I will return if Casey is not there I do not think I want my feet done by anybody else. I paid for a deluxe service that I did not get. Do not know the owner of this place I ask for the manager or owner but I guess the owner or manager was not there.

I had the worst service ever!! I don’t ever complain but I have to this time!! When I called she told me 55$ for a medium full set when it was over she charged me $65 that is false advertising.. also none of my nails are even… my ring finger nail is longer then my middle finger nail my thumbs are super long I kept telling her to cut them

came here for over a year for acrylics, on multiple occasions i was rushed which resulted in my nails looking uneven. i’ve had a tech walk out halfway through my service leaving me with waiting in the chair for 5 minutes until someone comes to finish the job, techs pushing services i didn’t ask for and i still came back here because they were quick and reliable. yesterday i asked for an acrylic removal and they tore them off. literally wedged a cuticle cutter between the acrylic & then put a fake nail in between and slid it between my real nail and the acrylic to pop the nail off. that is so damaging to the nail, not to mention the risk of infection. it also makes me question if they’re using low quality acrylic as it’s easy to tell the difference during a soak off.

The service was terrible he didn’t give me the shape I wanted then when he gave me the wrong color pink and just painted over it with a different pink and when I said something they made it like I was a problem and I couldn’t even have them do it over I had to be at work plus I just spent over and hour and a half in there . He also drilled down on my cuticles
