Holly was my nail tech and she upcharged me without giving me the price details and tried to sell me more services when all I wanted was a basic manicure that was $18. Ended up being charged $32 because she added a clear coating to my nails, not including tip. She was nice, but fake and only wanted me to spend more money. Also, my clear coating chipped off not an hour after.

I am in LA for four days for a wedding and decided last minute that I wanted to get my nails done. After reading some reviews on google I decided to call and they were able to accommodate me within half an hour. I don’t get my nails done very often so I can’t really compare my experience to anywhere else, but I was very satisfied with the service provided. They were very professional, friendly and clean. The foot and hand massage were so relaxing.
The only con is they don’t accept Discover, only Visa and MasterCard. Tips are cash only, but they have an ATM inside 👍🏼
Overall I had a great experience! ♥️

Ellie the nail technician is VERY rude and I hated working with her.
The owner is also very rude and off-putting. They are also super money hungry and charge for stupid things that no other salon charges for (that I know of) and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I did my nails twice here and never came back again.

Any time an owner trash talks another nail technician just to try to convince me the others are more qualified, when Kei wasn’t available, should have been my sign. The owner is rude, and this is what my gel nails look like after 3 days!. Terrible. When I went in to get it touched up , the owner had the nerve to tell me it’s because my nails grew out? In 3 days? Really?!!!!
Never ever again. Kei and Bella are great and should work somewhere else.

This is the only salon I’ve found that applies the BIOSCULPTURE GEL nail polish, which doesn’t include the 10 toxic ingredients that other gel polishes contain in the United States. My nails have never looked so good naturally, and I’m able to grow them out long.
Service is always top notch & thorough- worth the cost since the BIOSCULPTURE nontoxic gel lasts for nearly a month!
The technicians always handled special issues with care and never shamed me for an embarrassing rash on my foot (athlete’s foot which I treated but stubbornly returned).
💅 It also feels good to support a female, Asian owned business.
