I am never disappointed with Lux Nails! They do an amazing job every time, no matter which tech I get. Lily is careful and precise and did the beautiful design I will attach pictures of. If you’re on the fence, give them a try! Their salon is also very clean and tidy.

Please STAY AWAY from this place. My toenails were clipped incorrectly here, which caused the nails on both of my big toes to become ingrown. I was in a significant level of pain, that affected my daily life and activity level. The only reason I’m not suing Lux Nail Spa is that I can’t legally prove the damage was caused there. I’m absolutely certain that it happened there however, because it was the first salon I tried after moving to this area, and the ONLY salon I had used in the past several months at the time the pain began. I immediately switched to a new salon, where it was confirmed that the nails had been incorrectly clipped. The new salon tech was able to correct the problem and give me some relief, but it was only a temporary fix and the pain kept coming back. She eventually advised that I needed to see a podiatrist, which I did today. Thanks to this salon, I am currently recovering from a painful procedure that was completely avoidable, had someone done their job correctly. I’ve never in my life had a single ingrown toenail until visiting this salon, and I’m 62 years old. Anyone working with people’s toenails as a profession should know how to clip them safely and correctly at a bare minimum, and this outrageous level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

I came in 3 days ago on my birthday to try this place, and initially I really liked my nails. Service was decent, they offered me a water and were patient with me during the soak off of my acrylics. The design on my nails came out good initially, and really my only complaint when I left is that the tech didn’t suggest I wash my hands after the design was finished (I got dip then gel polish on top w/ a metallic design) and just rubbed the lotion on top of dirty hands with product residue on it. The next day the metallic on the design was starting to chip away revealing the black gel that was underneath, so I went back to have it fixed (it was on like 4 nails this was happening) and it felt like the tech rushed through it. There’s metallic residue on those nails that didn’t get cleaned up before she rushed me under the UV light and slapped some top coat on. Not the best experience but I felt it was my fault for coming before they closed early on Sunday. I’m grateful she got the design right on my birthday bc I just got engaged and wanted to take pictures, but the correction the next day was messy. I’ll probably go back if I wanna do something simple on my nails bc I don’t get them done too often.

So so good. Went in to rework a design done at a different salon, and Bryan did some magic for me. Cost was a little over $50 before tip. Already scheduled my next appointment.
First pic is inspo, second is the original done on me, last is the finished design.

I can’t thank Lundin and Paige enough!! Lundin did my pedi. The asian traditional and boxing massage felt so good and was exactly what I needed! She is so easy to talk to and explains everything she is doing during the session. Lundin even helped me pick out the color that went right in theme with my event coming up! Paige did my mani and she as just as great to talk to! I showed her the design I was going for and she made it even better with her own special twist!! She always asked for my confirmation and my thoughts on her unique designs and it came out better than I expected!! These ladies did incredible and I will definitely be back asking for them!
