I came here because the my usual go to had a long wait time. Boy! Do I regret spending $107 at this organization for a basic pedicure and full set. First off the guy was very ruff and moved as if he was rushing. I don’t think he could speak English well as instead of asking me to maneuver he forcibly moved my hands and feet the way he wanted to. As a small business owner I let certain things slide but as a customer that’s paying for a service I expect better!
I got a french tip and my nails are bulky and ugly ! You should treat every customer with respect! You never know who walks through your door.

There is nothing LUXurious about this nail shop at all. The owner is rude! She lacks creativity and because of this she does nails her way and not the way the customer wants. Worst of all the “spa” is dirty and has ROACHES!!!! Her waxing services are very unsanitary and she ripped skin off of my lip during what should have been a simple service then refused to compensate me for the pain and suffering and not mention the scar. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing quality nails! They turned out exactly how I was hoping they would! I got them done to match my Halloween costume and everyone loved them! I can’t wait to go back to get them done again and bring others with me.

I love getting my nails done here. Everyone is so nice and takes their time doing the nails. However I did see an American cockroach the last time I went in! Only one, along with some ants on the carpet. I hope they get it sorted out because I love this place.
