Went there last Saturday and was not going to review about the sloppy job or creepy guy and just go somewhere else next time- but I paid $100 for dip mani and gel pedi and it looks like trash and didn’t even last a week. Usually dip last 3-4 weeks for me but one just popped off and all the others are starting to peel off around the edges. The nail shapes aren’t the same + crooked. So disappointing- I used to go to a girl there but she’s not there anymore and I got the guy- he asked weird questions like if I was single, why I’m single, if I want more kids, and if I live in a house or apartment. Stay away ladies!

I found a gift card that was given to me from my lady. I do private duty for and it was from April of last year and they would not honor it so she lost out her $70 that she paid for it because it was misplaced. One of the technicians Said they would honor it but they didn’t have time today. So I went to schedule an appointment and the lady told me she wouldn’t honor it because it’s been over six months. She can give me a 10% discount. Customer service is terrible so she’s just out of her $70 That she purchased for this gift card because they didn’t wanna honor it

On vacation recently . . . wanted a refresh with my nails. I was nervous as I carefully searched reviews in the area. I’ve had my regular technician for years, so I was a little nervous. I called Lux Nail Bar in the morning after opening, to make an appointment,. Was told to come on which made me quite happy.

Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted and Nina was my technician. Services I wanted was an acrylic refill with gel polish. Also, a change of gel color on my toes, no pedicure needed.

I nicely told Nina exactly how I like my nails, what I wanted. She understood . . . she efficiently did my nails with perfection! She did my nails beautifully! I like a smooth, slightly high arch ~ she nailed it! (lol). She saw what shape I already had, I confirmed it, that I love and keep.

You can share with Nina exactly what you want, or the style you want to keep, she understands your desire ~ she will meet that and more.

Facility was clean, all employees were friendly. Services provided by Nina exceeded my expectations.

Oh, and the color change on toes were beautifully done as well. I just love how my nails turned out!! I am thankful for finding Lux Nail Bar ~ Nina’s expertise. That little luxury & fun with my nails; love it!! Thank you Nina 🙂
