Went here 2 days ago to get a overlay on my regular long already shaped nails , older lady on station 3 did my nails . Next thing you know I feel her filing on my finger tip , she had filed my nails short! The. When i told her claimed it was my nail length she was just filing the acrylic LIE ! I compared my unfiled nails to the ones she was doing she asked if I would like tips!!?
I said NO
I have had this service done before and never had had someone reshape and file my nails this short especially after i said leave everything the same i just was clear acrylic overlay .
So horrible my finger nail edges hurt from the filing, acrylic was on my cuticles and the shape is not even the same on each hand and to top it off filed them crooked ! Horrible horrible service over 30 dollars waisted ! Called back the same day and the next to speak to the manager or owner because when i asked for them before she finished she said not in today now claimed they are on vacation until Thursday!

I tried to have a good experience. Most salons soak gel before removal, this place grinded the polish off. Grinded so much that 6 of my 10 nails now feel very tender. All of the polish didn’t even come off but the tech proceeded anyway. I flinched several times. The gel is already beginning to chip. All I’ve touched is my phone. They made me pay extra to clean up my cuticles. All the salons I’ve been to, do this as a part of the service. The tech, a male, rushed the entire process. He only soaked my nails for 45 seconds before he proceeded to paint my nails. Not only are my nails green but so too some of my cuticles, which burned when under the UV light. I came in knowing I wanted designs. I would have but by then the tech made me feel like I could not afford that extra step– that I wanted in the first place! I wish I had a more pleasant experience.

They are very nice but it seems like they are understaffed or half the staff does not do nails properly Sam and Luu are amazing but I don’t know about the quality of their gel polish.. this has never happened to me before ever ever in the hole 13 years of getting my nails done but I guess it’s the first for everything

Loved my nails, I just walked in and they took me no wait! Took their time and did excellent on my nail and the nail art for my birthday, even let me charge my phone and let me know that if any other diamonds fell off I can get them replaced in a week( it’s been two weeks The diamonds are still on) definitely plan on
coming back!

Trying out new nail places! Even though this is not located in what people would consider a desirable area, the workers are nice and I got great service! I’ll be back!
