I’ve been going to Luss for a while now, I am obsessed, I think they truly have a relaxing location that provides you with a nice ambiance to get pampered. I’ve been seeing Anh for a while now and that’s my girl! She always takes her time and it shows in her work. I always end up loving my set even if I have no idea what I want to do when we start . I generally do dip and she really out does herself every time. I appreciate that she is always so accommodating and takes her time and does a great job. Thank you Anh I’ll see you Wednesday !

I was seated quickly but was pressured for the most expensive pedicure. When I asked for other options, the lady wouldn’t let me turn the pages in the menu. She kept forcing me to the most expensive pedicure. She was quite aggressive. I almost walked out and should have. After choosing a middle of the road pedicure ($65.00) she was rushed and not kind. The worst was when she scalded my leg with hot water. She apologized over and over and said she turned the knob to cold but it was scalding hot. When she arrived with hot towels for my leg, I said no. She absolutely insisted that they were cool enough and proceeded to wrap my legs. I could not even believe I had this terrible experience. Also, my heels are still rough and the polish is sloppy. Never again.

My daughter paid $80 instead of the listed $57 price to get her nails done. No explanation of why hers was more expensive. Nails started falling off within one week. After 2 visits back to try to talk to a mgr the business refused to fix the issue and gave her a gift certificate for $30.

I’m super rough on my sets and Michelle made them perfect again on top of doing a fantastic Christmas nail design. She also gave me one of the most wonderful pedicures of my life. I will totally admit I’m a bit awkward so I don’t enjoy chatting while getting services done. Other places have made me feel uncomfortable about this but Michelle was an absolute gem. I will definitely be back to book with her again.
