Quite possibly the worst manicure I have ever had to pay for. They look nothing like my reference photo (that was of a super popular and normal shape) and are crooked and chunky, with unfinished edges and tacky underneath. These were supposed to be SNS with acrylic tips in a more elongated squoval shape. The technician seemed maybe new, but very unsure and definitely needed some sort of guidance. I canceled the pedicure, paid, and left. Included is the reference photo that I gave for shape.

Just wanted to brag on Moon who did my pedicure for me today! I’ve been going to Lush for a few years now. They always do a good job, but Moon did an outstanding job. She had some different techniques I haven’t seen before, but she did outstanding! Go check her out!!

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years and every time I get amazing service! The people are always super nice and they do an amazing job!! Today Johnny did my manicure and pedicure and I can say that I am 100% satisfied! Definitely will be going to see him again!! Thank you Johnny!!!

This is my second time coming to Lush Nails. I have spent the last almost 6 months In Augusta and my nails broke within a week. The first time I had them done at Lush Nails they lasted a month! Will definitely come back to Warner Robins for them to do my nails!

I have been coming to this salon since they first opened. I paid $65 for a pedicure. The technician talked the ENTIRE time to the technician sitting next to her. Because she was so busy talking and looking at the other tech while talking, she rubbed my legs and feet. No massage whatsoever. She rubbed the scrub for so long in one spot that my leg feels irritated. If you insist on getting a pedicure here, don’t think that by paying the higher price you will get a better pedicure. I was sitting next to people who paid $37 for a pedicure and their pedicure looked to be much better than mine. I will not be back.
