I get a basic gel mani and pedi. I came here because I had heard Autumn, a very good nail tech, was here. She had done my nails a few years ago in a different salon. She does fantastic work and she is very good at removing in-grown toenails.

One of the worst experience I’ve had a nail salon in my life. It all started when I kept telling the lady to not cut my nails and she kept cutting them shorter and shorter. Not to mention that I was already sitting in the water for 45 minutes to even get started. I was with my daughter, my mom, sister and sisters mom I law. After she was through with my feet which I absolutely hated, she proceeded to go help some other white people because they had an appointment and told us we had to wait for my mom to get her pedicure and my 4 year old was still waiting over an hr at this point. It’s not my fault that you guys over book and can’t handle the traffic. I’m a paying customer and we all have to be treated equally. Just cause the people waiting were white they just had to stop and go help them. This will be my last time at this establishment. I will not tolerate disrespect especially when I’m paying for something. I hope for their case they change for future customers.

This is literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon which is saying a lot. This was my second time here and last time wasn’t too bad, so I thought I’d come back. When I walked in I asked if they had time to remove my nails and they said yes. They had me sit down and wait for 20 minutes. Then when the lady finally got around to me she literally tried to start ripping off my nails by sticking a false nail underneath it and ripping it off. When I asked her what she was doing she said oh this is the quick way. I said well I can rip my nails off myself I came here to have them removed properly. She then got very upset with me and she rushed through the process and put acetone on my fingers and then literally started doing somebody else’s nails. She was rushing so much, the machine she was using cut my fingers multiple times and I was bleeding in two places by the time I left. This process literally took an hour and a half because she way going back and forth between me and another customer. If they did not have time to do the service, they should have said no when I asked them if they had time. Nail removal should take about 20 to 30 minutes. She did not shape them. She did not even say hi to me. She ignored me when I asked questions. I am flabbergasted that she tried to rip my nails off and charge me for it. She did not talk to me the entire time or answer questions that I was asking her. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Even when I have exceptionally horrible service I make sure I always tip because I know what it’s like to work for tips. This was the first time in my life that the service was so extremely horrible that I could not bring myself to leave a penny. This was such a horrible experience I am now going to find other places online I can leave this review because no one should have to experience that when they are literally PAYING SOMEONE to do a service they say they can provide. NEVER COME HERE.

I was pleasantly surprised with the place. I visited mid-morning on a weekday. They accepted me as a walk-in with no wait. The pedicure was fantastic, and the massage chair worked surprisingly well. The lady (I forgot her name) did a great job. I had a regular manicure and polish. The polish wasn’t quite what I had asked for, but I also told her I trusted her judgment and was still happy with the end result.
