Attention to detail is not given at all! Nails were uneven and wasn’t smoothened and filed properly. All the nails edges are unevenly done ,Not worth $ 85 I have paid less before for better service and end results.
. Not much effort was put.No cuticle removing solution was used .Not even dipping my hands for 3 seconds in hot water was done! The lady working on my pedicure made an effort although she seemed unsure of what she was doing and the lady doing the manicure kept giving instructions in their language. The lady who did the manicure was dismissive and even stopped in the middle and walked away to go answer her phone and came back with her phone and would stop and text back and forth! Very unprofessional, I went there because it is closer, I would not recommend it.

It’s a nice salon; however, it was not a very relaxing or enjoyable experience. They were not honest about availability. The music was obnoxiously loud and very static, and the quality is not great.
I was a walk-in which I know can be difficult to accommodate. I was upfront about my time pinch and even asked if I should schedule a time to come back. The gentleman insisted he had time right away and seated me. 5 minutes later, he started removing my nails and stopped to work on a pedi. 10 minutes later he came back to finish taking my nails off and left again. I asked if I should come back and he said no. A lady came a few minutes later and worked on my nails for about 10 minutes before leaving again. She finally came back and finished. I questioned my nails while she was doing them since it was a technique I had never seen before – she explained and finished. When done I asked again since it looked as though my nails were lifting or part of the SNS was still left under the new SNS. She said she didn’t see it and if there was anything it was due to previous nail techs. I just let it go because I was running super late and my head was pounding from the static and loud music. I finally walked out an hour and 40 minutes later.
Within 3 days, my nails were cracking. Within 6 days, they were breaking. 👎

everyone was nice but did not do nails like i wanted and my nails ended up being so short at the end. the top coat was not painted on properly. there was a huge gap at the cuticle area. 3 nails broke 2 days later. the gel polish on my toes were painted unevenly and is on my cuticle area. 2 of my toe nail polished chipped off the same day. overall just not happy with my service and i had to spend extra money to get everything redone again.

Lush became my go to spot over 6months ago and I’m still a loyal customer. All this because of Tammy! Her attention to detail is the best! It’s hard for me to find someone that can help with my ingrown toe nails and she does it perfectly! She’s my go to tech for manis and pedis!

They didn’t even bother asking what shape you are looking for, just straight away started working. Not much effort was put into finding the colours I was looking for. Cuticles were not pushed back before removing. No cuticle removing solution was used either. Straightaway went on snipping them after dipping my hands for 3 seconds in hot water.

Wanted the gold design to be done with foil rather she went ahead with gold paint saying the foil won’t look good. Who cares what looks good to them? Certainly won’t be able to deliver what you have in mind and how you want YOUR
OWN nails to be done. They will improvise maybe due to lack of amenities and supplies or skills.
Also, their receipt does not mention the service taken. The entire purpose of getting a receipt is defeated.
