I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times were lovely. I especially enjoyed my second visit. I was offered something to drink and the technicians were really skilled and took their time. I was perfectly happy to pay for the services.

Yesterday I went for a 3rd time and I wish I hadn’t. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and was offered nothing to drink. The man who did my pedicure barely massaged or rubbed or scrubbed my feet. I may as well have gotten a basic pedicure for the lack of effort that was made. Worst of all was the lady that did my manicure. She continuously hurt my cuticles even after I told her to stop. I left with 2 of my cuticles bleeding and sore.

Additionally, she left and powder residue on my hands from when she removed my original polish.

I will probably still return but will be more cognizant of the nail tech I’m assigned to.

DO NOT GO TO TIM/TOM. His work is inconsistent & attitude toward black ppl is rude as well, he overcharged me for my nails, he charged 20$ extra for “Deep French” and extra $7 for length but I have extremely short nails & I don’t have a deep French, him & the lady who were doing my toes made it a big issue that I wanted black French tip, instead of white & started laughing & speaking Vietnamese. My cuticles are atrocious, the application of the acrylic & French tip are horrible. Very uncomfortable environment & rude, no pride in work. Just here for the money.

Successful first experience! I was a walk-in and taken care of immediately. Everyone was friendly and they’re super transparent with pricing, which I cannot say the same for other nail salons in the city. I will be back! $44 gel fill in, $20 chrome powder, $5 cut down/shape.

I just moved back to Atlanta from Charleston, and I think I’ve found my new nail tech. I recently went to Lush Nail Bar in Grant Park to get my nails done for my birthday. I called the day prior to schedule an appointment with Ari. The morning of my scheduled service I asked Ari for a classic French manicure design with a deep curve. She completely slayed my nails. I love the deep curve in the French manicure design which gives a new take on an already elegant look. Thanks Ari! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I absolutely love this nail salon!!! The manager (Jenny) has always greeted me every time I walk in the door with a smile and knows exactly what I want. I love the fact they accept walk-ins and very accommodating to ensure what you asked for is what you walk out with. Andy and “T” are amazing and thorough at their craft!
