Unfortunately, I got put with someone who I hope is just very inexperienced. My tech was just not competent, much less good at the work. These are fully a mess. The main issues are pretty obvious: spotty application, inconsistent shaping that shortened them past my nail bed in places, and unnecessary thickness. However, the glaring faults that may resolve with time are also worth noting: the skin around my nails is coated in excess splatter, and she actually cut my middle finger with the file.
I’ll never have that nail tech again. Total disaster.

I think her name was Maria who did mine yesterday and they’re perfect! 9 out of 10 times I’ve been to Lush they’ve been able to copy a picture I brought in! These are hand painted palm trees too!

Her friendly charm and engaging chats made my visit exceptional. The green she did for my nails is absolutely stunning and has been a hit with everyone. Can’t recommend her enough for standout nails! My new go to spot!!

I really loved this place, everyone is very friendly but until this happened. My third time here, got a fungal on my nails. We put a lot of money into our nails and for this to happen 😤😤

No hand massage?? Uneven nails, paint all over my fingers. She was burning me with the drill while she removed my polish. I felt like screaming. she cut my pinky top with the drill while doing this. I asked for the plastic flip flops because I did not think my toes were dry, she told me they were dry and when I got home my pedicure was ruined. After the manicure, she did on one side of the pedicure chair, instead of a half hearted hand massage you usually get, she asked me “do you want lotion?” And just squirts in in my hand.
