Very pricey but amazing work. Dan T. Was exceptional and done everything I asked for!

This felt like speed dating for nails.
I was getting a more expensive service because I enjoy the message and relaxation…this was anything but that! I felt like he couldn’t get to the next customer fast enough. He forgot to file my nails until after he polished and the polish was still wet. I was supposed to get a mani as well but he was already trying to check me out so I obliged. Stay clear of Dan if you’re looking for relaxation and someone who takes pride in their work.

Came in for just basic fingernail and toenail paint. Was rushed from the second we walked in the door. Barely had time to pick our nail polish color and we were being rushed to sit down. Took them 10 minutes to paint both mine and my daughters nails and toenails and both were messed up horribly. Not to mention completely overpriced. They charged me 87.00 for just regular nail polish. No manicure or pedicure or gel polish. Just basic nail polish! I don’t even want to know what they charge for acrylic or the dip. Or their manicure and pedicures!

2 stars because this is the nail spa that I always come to. The environment is clean, although the polish wall is slightly unorderly. I usually am satisfied with my nails, at least satisfied enough to not go out of my way to leave a review…

These nails cost me 70 dollars, my toes cost me 40. I spent 110 dollars for mediocre quality. They started me with my pedicure which was fine up until the point where the person was painting my toe nails. They accidentally smudged the polish and although they noticed it because they were picking at it, they ended up just leaving it. Reference the photo.

Within one day my nails started lifting, you can even see in the photos the air under the nails. My hair keeps getting caught under the nail which is extremely annoying. I asked for white tips, and they did clear tips with French paint. Which are different, both appearance and price wise. The paint wasn’t even, and the polish didn’t fully reach the sides of my nails. The photos are about a week grown out.

I don’t know if I’m being picky, but I am just not satisfied enough with these nails for how much I paid. Sadly I don’t think I will be returning.

I had a gel mani pedi. I had previously gone somewhere else in the area, but a friend suggested Luminous. When I went in my previous gel manicure had grown out nicely and my nails were completely healthy, natural and long. First, they did the pedicure which was fine, but because the person was new it took them a long time to get it done, so they said they didn’t have time to do my manicure. I said I would come back in the morning to get it done but they found a super fast manicurist to do my hands. Instead of soaking off my polish safely, she used the electric grinder to get the all the polish off my nails quickly and used it so much it weakened my nails. She put two coats of polish on, but it needed three because it was still see-through. I asked for a third and was told there was no time. In less than two weeks – I have 5 broken nails and 4 of those are broken so bad, they hurt and are so short. I won’t ever go back there again!!!!
