Overall I enjoyed my experience at this salon. The woman doing my nails made an effort to have a conversation and get to know me. I added this second photo just for a reference of how I wanted my nails and how they turned out. The design is not precise but I still like how mine turned out. I will definitely come back to this salon 🙂 everyone I interacted with was friendly and helped me make sure the color I wanted was most similar to how it is on the photo.

They are fast and good. I get a face wax, classic pedicure and dip nails. They were able to do the pedicure and dip at the same time. Everyone has been very careful with the drill and they are good at getting rid of ingrown nails.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. However, I don’t think I will be returning. The last few times they have messed up my nails due to rushing or just not doing a good job. But this last time I went, they caused a toe infection from rushing to get my toes done and clipping my nails and pulling the nails away from my toe, causing that infection. This is probably my second infection they’ve caused, both from different people. However this time, the infection was much worse than the first and It lead me going to the doctors and having to get on antibiotics for it. I think since they rebranded and expanded their salon, it’s gone downhill. They used to be my favorite salon and I’d recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back which is a shame because the manager and staff are really nice and like going here. 🙁

Went in on a very busy Saturday. They were accommodating everyone who was walking in and calling. Really making an effort. My pedicure was good and my French dip manicure was terrible. Manicure consisted of uneven dip around the edges. Tips of the French are various thickness and cloudy. And I strongly dislike when UV light is used for dip. It’s one of the reasons I stopped getting gel manicures. The tech who did my manicure would put my hand in the UV light and just continuously hit the button. I think collectively each hand went in for 15 minutes of UV light. Strongly disliked this method for dip and certainly will not return.

It was fine. Not great.
Added: Sure thing. Everyone was very nice and the facility seemed clean. They did check in if we liked the colors and shapes of nails. There were 4 of us and the one person that got nail art did like the artwork. But for all of us the process was rushed, not relaxing. Didn’t even have time to enjoy the massage chair. We had polish left on our skin, nails were uneven and asymmetrical. Yes they asked about the shape but it doesn’t feel good to have to point out every flaw as you go. It just seemed hasty.
