First time here and will definitely be coming back. Chloe was my nail tech and she was very kind and gentle. Didn’t get upset when I asked questions, changed my mind, and needed a sample to see how the color would look once dried. This experience was very relaxing. Super thorough and consistent!!! I will say some things didn’t always look cleaned between uses. But some items were cleaned before used on myself. It was the calm atmosphere, all of the little details to ensure my nails were great, and the consistency that really sold me.

Very clean and staff was very attentive. I was a walk in and they began helping me immediately. Wendy was fabulous! She styled my nails perfectly with an acrylic fill in and gel polish, same gel polish on toes.the scrub and moisturizer, and clay were warmed so it was very relaxing.

I had a good experience here. Wendy was my tech and she was great. Removed the fill over my nails and just painted my nails with gel and changed color on toes. I had just done a pedicure and fills with gel the day before at another salon in huber heights and the same day my toe polish came off and the place is closed on Sundays so I had to go pay again because I was leaving out of state early Monday.

Crossroads Massage Therapy
No wait, drink during service, massage and hot towel were wonderful! I asked her to spend a little extra time on a problem spot with the “cheese grater” and she did. Great experience today!
