If I could give it 0 I would! I’m not sure how you can have a business in Harlem and not service the people. The staff is horrible!! Judgmental and rude. This place is extremely racist!!! As a black woman they treated me as if I wasn’t paying customer and they were doing me a favor which they definitely were not! This is Harlem and we are the majority and WE aren’t going anywhere!! Why are you here if you don’t want to service black people as if our money doesn’t spend like everyone else’s? This place is NOT as the kids say “the tea!” Don’t waist your money or time! Even with an appointment you’ll wait. When I’m going to an any nail salon I expect a relaxed and peaceful experience which wasn’t provided. They aren’t doing anything special. Unprofessional, rude & overpriced! Prices change as they see fit! I have no idea how they’re even in business, Do not give your business to Lucy! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is NYC, we have too many options! Don’t make Lucy’s yours. You’ll regret it! Do better, Lucy! You owe it to the community.

Simon is a blessing. Hands look slayed. Thanks a mil and the staff are awesome and felt like a little family. Team work is admired. I was falling asleep it felt like a massage getting my hands done.

I freaaaakin’ love this place! Nice people and very lovely atmosphere! I was dying to get a holographic nail design done and looked everywhere. A friend told me about this place and I’m so coming back!!!! The guy who did my nails was so nice and patient with me! Highly recommend this place! Prices are decent too!!

I’m usually left dissatisfied with my nails/feet But my experience at Lucy’s Nail Boutique was very good. A little pricey but I left very happy. Well worth it though. Lucy is very professional and very accommodating.
