Customer Reviews:
Would’ve understood a wait, but what’s the point of an appointment time if they don’t book me a chair and can just cancel it?
Update: the nails started lifting the next day and I gave them a call right away to get them fixed. Went in the have the set replace in fear of getting moisture underneath the nails. I was offered 30% off to have the service done again and I declined. I should not have to pay for something that has to be fixed less than a week later. They then agreed to give me a new set but I was disappointed when they continued to try and talk me out of the service. I didn’t want to have my nails damaged more so I decided to just get dip on my natural nails and this was the nail in the coffin no pun intended. They are thick and sloppy and rushed. I would not recommend this nail salon.
