Me and my daughters absolutely love this nail salon. Every single person in this salon is amazing and nice and funny. You can walk in and your family. We have grown to really know Moe and we love love her so much. If I can rate this higher I really would.

Best lash and nail tech in town! Lucky have been doing my lash for almost a decade. I highly recommend artistic work! She’s great at everything she touches! From Nails, lashes and even facials. She does it all. I just adore her!

On Friday, Dec 1st, I visited this place for the 1st time for a full hybrid set. The lash tech that serviced me was very nice but did not possess the skill level for a hybrid full set. My appointment started at 11:15 and ended at 2:20.
She dropped the tweezers in my eye, my eyes were glued shut and was painful as she tried to separate my eyelids from the undereye patch.
As she was was laying my lashes I could tell her isolation skills was not there as she was isolating as she was placing. I told the stylist immediately after she finished, that I wasn’t pleased and the set had too much glue and not placed right. I text the owner as soon as I got home and told her the lashes had already began falling out, and due to all the glue on my eyelids, my eyes hurt and was very painful to blink. She did advise I could come back to have the same tech do them over. However the I knew I didn’t want her to do them due to the lack of skill.
Due to the pain I was in from the tweezers falling in my eye and the over use of glue, I has to get them removed the same day they were applied.
I text the owner back Saturday explaining i had to get them removed due to the pain and I would like a refund in which she refused. She said someone else at her shop could do them but at this point i didnt want to chance it again. PLEASE JUST BE AWARE, of the refund policy and make sure these lashes techs are certified. My left eye stayed swollen for 2 days, $160.00 down the drain for lashes that lasted less than 24 hours.

This was my first time getting my lashes done and the lash tech, Alex was absolutely AMAZING! She made my first experience so great. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and took her time to make my lashes everything I asked for! Plus I love the vibe of the whole salon! Very chill and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this salon and Alex! She was awesome and I will definitely be going back!

I highly recommend Luckys Nail and Lash Room. Technicians are very kind, friendly and detail oriented. Lots of color options to choose from! Lovely clean and comfortable environment. It’s my go to place to treat myself and just relax.
