Lady has bad customer service. I literally have a broken nail and called and the lady was so rude and yelled at me for NO reason . I will never go back and give my hard earnt money to someone who has an atitude with me. Sad cause the guy is one of the best nail artists I ever had.

Great job on my daughter’s nails for prom! They were super accommodating and got us in quickly.

Very professional, will consult with you to make sure you walk out with the nails you wanted. Great massages.
I have paid more elsewhere for work that does not meet this quality. Good value!

Went in for a gel-manicure, did not get further then the polish removal. The salon was dirty, old looking and just did not feel relaxing and comfortable like you want to feel going to get your manicure and/or pedicure done. I had an appointment, they called me 25 minutes after my appointment time. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but I make appointments to avoid the walk in wait! I get over to the station and the polish comes off, she reaches over to the station next to her with a client and grabs the electric file, gets up grabs a few things off a pedicure station where she just had a client, and grabs a bowl from on top of the microwave and she fills it up with water and begins to come back. Nothing is sterilized, everything has been previously used on other clients I immediately say I am sorry please finish taking the polish off and then I am going. She said you still have to pay! I responded I absolutely have no problem paying but please just the nail polish off do not use anything else on me. I paid $5 for nail polish remover that only partially she finished taken off, in their defense she offered to use the file but I refused as it was taken from the station next to me that still had a client. I watched and the other person I was with did as well collect tools from the pedicure bath she just used with a client left on the side not in any sterilization, and nail file from a nearby station used on a client still present and no where on her station was there a sterilization jar, container or something to sterilize the tools present! The bowls were stacked up not sterilized in anyway. I wanted to like this salon, it would have been so convenient for me NO, just GROSS! I would drive a bit further less convenient to have a salon that maintains cleanliness and sterilization policies. And my preference is OPI nail colors, which they did not seem to offer. In my personal experience it lasts and wears the best in between my visits that I sometimes need to stretch longer than every other week because of life commitments. My friend was disgusted by my experience and had not been taken and too had an appointment at the same time,opted to pass on any services from this salon. Her wait time at this time was over 30 minutes and no one spoke to her to apologize for the wait etc. This was our experience and this may not be yours but for us we will never return. And can not honestly recommend them to anyone. We would have left a half star the minimumal effort she put into taking off the polish but it only allowed whole stars to post.

Lucky nails & spa is the best nail place in town! I’ve been to so many nail salon places n I finally found my forever nail tech! No one can do the work they do. Love them! They do amazing work and a great job on making your nails beautiful. Annnnnd its very close to home! My friends from a far said the they are awesome and did an amazing job. If they lived in town they would be going there too. Keep up with the greatness Lucky Nails
