Daughter and I are new to the area. We went in to get Mani/pedi’s done. We noticed that the staff did not change gloves between us (which is whatever ONLY because it was my daughter). She also didn’t chance the tools used. She very quickly (very rushed) completed my feet and started on my hands. We always get gel nail polish, the employee tried using the little cuticle clippers to pull the polish off our nails instead of soaking them and using the drill. Have had our nails done for less than a week and the polish is already coming off. When she did use the drill she started in one spot to long and it burned through my nail along with getting to close to the skin around the nail. There was no massage of the feet, hands etc.. overall it was not a good experience. Will not be returning.

Not impressed at all – they say they open at 10 and the door was locked – sign on window says walk ins and we were hoping to get pedicures and they said they didn’t have any availability and do not take walk ins

I was visiting family in Hays. I treated myself to a gel manicure with overlay at Lucky Nails. Ruby, the owner, was so good. My nails turned out beautiful. She was careful and we had a fun conversation. I was very happy with my service and will return when in Hays for my next trip. Thank you, Ruby!!

I’ve been here 4 different times in the last 2 months well into posted business hours and they are never open. So I call to make an appointment and I’m told times at 5 or 6 in the evening. I understand that business changes but an update really needs to be done on the door and on Google.

Great place to get your nails done. Very pretty inside as well as wonderful service. We enjoyed getting our nails done and the wait was not long at all. Walk in service is welcome.
