I’m was in Columbus, GA. for the USTA State Championships (tennis) and was in desperate need of a pedicure before match play. I picked Lucky Nails based on their high Google review rating. By all means they deserve 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I called ahead to be sure I could be accommodated at the time that suited me. When I checked in, I was taken back right away. The salon is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was also very clean. They offer a plethora of colors to choose from which you can do while soaking. I opted for the “Champagne Pedicure” and it was fabulous. Do yourself favor and GO HERE!!!! I highly recommend Lucky snails.

ZERO STARS!!! I would never recommend this place. They don’t do your manicure and pedicure properly. When I asked to clean my hands because they were covered in red the dip powder they were rude. They don’t clean your nails properly, and don’t care about giving quality service.

this place is honestly the best nail place in columbus. i have gone here two times and have gotten my nails done by Mimi both times and she always does exactly what i want and makes sure it is perfect. the staff is so nice and welcoming. it is a little pricier than other places but you really are paying for a better service and experience over all. it is now my go to place 10/10

Very nice professionals that greet with big smiles and cheerful attitudes. The attitude of a business goes a long way, and this salon meets that expectation. I walked in (no appt) for a pedicure, was sat immediately and pampered. The salon is clean and the chairs are well kept. I will be back to continue to take in the positive atmosphere. Thank you!
