My favorite & go-to salon! Qui is the sweetest most amazing nail artist, he’s meticulous and does a beautiful job everytime. All the other techs I’ve had are just as awesome for walk-ins and pedicures. 5 stars ♥️

Came in to get shellac off and just a basic manicure without polish. This is hands down the worst I’ve ever seen someone leave my nails after a manicure. At least the nail technician was friendly.

To note- I frequently get shellac one cycle and then a basic manicure the next. I’m not from the area but was in town and needed the shellac off in a pinch.

I called and made an appointment for the following day. Made sure I made the appointment for a soak off and a new set, and specifically stated I’d be happy to come as early as needed to ensure there was plenty of time for what I was asking for.
Showed up at my appointment and advised my whole goal is to grow my own nails out. When the technician, who apparently owns the business, started to try and pop off a nail I immediately stopped her. (She had already filed off all of the powder.) When I asked if she was trying to pop them off she said yes to which I advised that is not what I asked for, I would like them soaked off. She proceeded to explain the process and stated she didn’t have time to wait for my nails to soak off. I immediately clarified what she said and she confirmed. I again tried to have her soak them off as I scheduled and requested. She refused. So I got up and wished her a nice day.
I went back in to clarify with her why I left and because I wanted to speak with the owner. I explained that I would have come earlier if she needed, but to just tell me you can’t do something that you booked me for because popping them off is quicker for you is not ok. (It took several times asking for her to say she was the owner.) I apologized to her and the few patrons as at no point was I being rude, and I wanted to end on that note. That owner/technician then wanted me to stay and she’d take the time now to do them.

However, I don’t think this owner is practicing good business practices and this is not somewhere I want to continue business.

The prices are excellent and very affordable, and my favorite part, posted on the wall 🤣

After a few bad experiences elsewhere, I’m so happy to have found Lee at Lucky Nails.
He is communicative about what he is able to provide and so caring.
Just look at how slim the profile is on these!! 😍😍

I do recommend calling ahead of time for an appointment as they are usually quite busy.

I had a good experience here. It was my first time. I went in at 10am and received a gel pedicure ($43) and a regular manicure ($20). My nail tech was really kind and did a wonderful job.

It took about an hour for both of those services, so I able to back in my car just after 11am.

I mentioned the time for those who are concerned about a place who might rush the services.

I would recommend this place again. It was affordable and had a great service.

I have used Lucky Nails for many years. They are a quality salon. The folks are friendly and give excellent manicure and pedicures. Cleanliness is a top priority. Prices are great! I highly recommend them! 💕
