I love how my nails turned out! I went in today around 1:30pm as a walk in and got seated right away. The massage chairs are very nice and comfy. The techs were friendly, quick and efficient. The shop is clean and has a relaxing vibe. This is my first time going and I very much enjoyed my experience! It was reasonably priced and I love the end product. Thanks for such a good experience!

This was my first visit for a gel fill. I had Lisa and highly recommend her. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! I had a disaster from a previous salon she had work around. Plus she did extra details like my cuticles. No one else ever touched the cuticles. They were dry and cracking.

I was as “walk-in” at 5:15pm on a Monday for a gel pedicure. They were able to get me in right away! I did the usual thing where you chose a color from the plastic fingernail swatches (pink for summer!) and the nice lady, Sam, asked me to sit in the massage chair and soak my feet in the pedicure tub. I don’t know how they did it, but the temperature was ON POINT. Not too hot, not too cool. This is the first place I’ve ever been that got it right on the first go-round.
I chose the $38.00 basic pedicure with gel add-on (extra $13). The nail tech took off all of my old gel polish from **January** 😩, cleaned up my nails by buffing and filing and cutting them. After that, she applied some nice-smelling exfoliating scrub and scrubbed away at my dry, pasty leg skin and calloused feet.
After all the exfoliation, she applied this really cool mask stuff that I feel like made all the difference. After she rinsed-off the mask, she applied the usual lotion and I had one of the best leg and foot massages ever. Per the usual routine, Sam painted my toenails and did the gel UV light thing.
I feel like everything was really routine (a GOOD thing) and there were no surprises (also a good thing!). If anything, there is a delightful mask surprise in between my exfoliation and lotion, which I did not expect but I actually really loved and look forward to the next time I go!
Five stars!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had a nail salon! DO NOT COME HERE. I booked an appointment over the phone & asked for a French nail gel manicure with their thickening powder & emphasized many many times that I wanted them short & natural. Not only was the attitude of the nail technician pushy, sassy & rude, but she also completely ignored all of my requests & glued long fake nails on me. (I was very confused!) & then she messed up my right thumb nail with a large black smudge & instead of fixing it properly & professionally, she chose to do a lazy, uneven swipe of white nail polish & called it “good”…it doesn’t even match the pre-white fake nails she decided to glue on. & then when it came time to pay at the front, they tried to charge me a lot more for the “fake nail” even though I asked for a French nail GEL MANICURE with thickening powder. I did not ask for ANY fake nails to be glued on. & when I explained this at the front desk, they argued & were pushy & rude instead of apologetic & I am truly baffled by their lack of basic customer service.
