Terrible service. Terrible work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I have never written a review about a nail salon but this one needs to be said in order to hopefully save someone from coming here. I just wanted DIPPED NAILS but the tech decided to give me avyrlic and tell me AS HE IS DOING IT. And the. Charge me $60 for the crappiest job I’ve ever seen. tech was EXTREMELY rough and practically drilled through my nail bed trying to take off my previous nails. EVERY. SINGLE, NAIL is a different size and color,( I wanted ombré French tips) awful awful AWFUL. Shouldn’t have paid but I just wanted to get the HELL out of there 😤😭 don’t come here EVER!!!!!! They are literally the worst nail salon I’ve EVER been to and I wouldn’t go back if my life depended on it. I wish I could give negative stars honestly.

This use to be one of my favorite shops. But recently they are just rude and not very nice and rough!! The guy did a pedicure for me and he needed to remove some acrylic on one of my toes he took another nail and tried forcing the acrylic off (which I’ve seen done before) but normally if it’s not budging they will soak it if and barely use the drill to remove. I think he was just rushing and tore the side of my nail off and I was bleeding he didn’t say anything I had to ask him about it. And the only thing they could say was well what would you like us to do? I just left I will not be going back here. Customer service has went down the drain!!!

In the 15 plus years I have been getting my nails done. This was by far the worst. He drilled the dip off my nails and made my natural nails so sensitive. The dip is already lifting and cracking after 2 days. He cut my cuticles on 3 fingers and didn’t even say sorry. He did tell me to relax after that so he could do his job. WORST!

Just moved here recently from the Midwest and was pleasantly surprised by the salon I ran into late on a Friday night just to get a pedicure. They went above and beyond with a French dip manicure and a hot stone pedicure and a back massage. Great experience and the price was very reasonable.
