I got a gel mani (french design) and I was happy with how it turned out and price was very fair ($35)!!! The inside of salon is clean and modern.

Lucky Em’s Nail Salon in DIxon is a hidden gem! T is the new owner and has a lovely and skilled staff. He has been doing my dip manicures and pedicures for two years and I have never been disappointed. The other technicians are skilled as well, I’ve had great service from everyone there. He has added a terrific hair stylist to the salon as well as waxing. The prices are fair – especially with such high quality. The music is relaxing – I always feel relaxed when I am at Lucky Em’s. Thanks to T and his team. Give them a try!!

I just wanted my acrylic nails and gel pedicure removed. I requested it be done gently. The techs were very kind and they tried to be gentle. They also saw me quickly without an appt, about 20 minutes to closing.

But, They used another acrylic to get under my acrylic nails and pry them off, which was a bit painful. As well as cutting with small clippers which also caused pain. They kinda listened somewhat when I requested them not dremel my nails, but they still did it some. I expected they would soak them off but they didn’t and I didn’t know any better as this was my first time having acrylic nails. I had asked if they would but instead they got to work with an unused acrylic. And after ripping off the nails, they dremeled to get the white spots off 🫤 My nails are pretty damaged now, which is what I was trying to avoid. ☹️ I won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Do not believe the prices. It’s false advertising, their prices are much higher than the website advertise. I ask the owner why, he said prices are from four years ago, and because he bought it from a previous owner, he has know control over it. NOT OKAY.

Today was the 2nd time I was in and I love these guys, my girl “Helen” is very meticulous with my manicures so I will have to let you know how my pedicure goes next week.
