My experience at this salon, particularly with Lisa, was an absolute nightmare. I explicitly instructed her to leave my eyebrows thick and long, but she completely disregarded my wishes and thinned them out to the point of being uneven and unrecognizable. Instead of acknowledging her mistake and apologizing, she arrogantly sought validation from another employee that my brows were “okay,” which they clearly were not. Throughout the entire ordeal, Lisa was rough and careless, causing discomfort by pushing and pinching my head. It was a painful and unpleasant experience from start to finish. To add insult to injury, they demanded $10 for a job that was not only subpar but took less than a minute to complete. They refused to accept any form of payment other than cash and expected me to inconvenience myself to return with cash later. The lack of professionalism was appalling. Rather than addressing my concerns, they attempted to record me, as if I were the one at fault. The whole situation was humiliating and left me feeling degraded. I urge anyone considering this salon to steer clear. The service is abysmal, the staff are rude and disrespectful, and they clearly have no regard for their customers’ satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by avoiding this establishment entirely. This place deserves to be shut down for the way they mistreat their patrons.

The staff is great. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. So if you need a manicure or pedicure eyebrows done I recommend Lucky Day Nails &Spa.

Really bad service! Uneven shapes on my nails! The girl who do my nails left a lot of acrylic under my nails! Price was really high for that kind of service!

Should have took heed to prior reviews. Up charged when I decided to get regular polish and not gel. Was told it’s a removal fee . I guess they’ve got to get that extra crumb somehow .

I never been here before and the sign said $30 full set and my husband was getting his hair cut next door. So might as well. Anyways my white short full set was $38 no tip. At the end my pink glitter nail polish I had on before was showing through it. He didn’t get off all the polish and now I have spots. I told them about it and he said yes, you had nail polish on before you came in. I said well isn’t that why you drill it out or remove it? I’m not mad about it but its a little irritating to look at. I guess take off your nail polish off before you go here.
