I went in for a fill and showed a picture of the French tip nails I wanted to get at the beginning of my appointment. (pictures shown, last pic is inspo pic and first is what I got) I had to correct the lady doing my nails in the middle of the appointment and tell her again what I wanted with the shape. She clipped my cuticle, it started bleeding and she waited at least a minute to say “sorry”. The shaping looked like I could have done it myself, you can see and feel the lumps from my last set and the French tip polish is uneven on every nail. She also left a chip in my thumb nail and polish was all over my fingers that she could’ve cleaned up. The Additionally, she made me pay $55 for only a fill and it says on their board that a full set would be $55 (I should have just gotten a full set!!!) I was very dissatisfied with this experience and I will not be returning.

I got my first ever pedicure here. It was so great! I went with my girlfriend, we both got pedicures. I chose not to opt for color. But the foot spa, scrub, and massage were all amazing. They are polite and professional and also very friendly. The price was better than average I was told by my girl. Will definitely return.

I had not gotten my nails done in over 2 years. I finally decided to get them done again as a treat for Christmas. I requested Leo since i used to go to him for nails before. I booked with him for the day after I called. He did an amazing job!!! He checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with how they looked, and did exactly the color and design I asked for. I felt so pampered and heard! 10/10 recommend. It was the exact treat I was looking for and feel Christmas ready💗

I would leave ZERO STARS if I could! Worst experience EVER!!! HORRIBLE customer service with VERY rude employees. They clearly don’t understand the HUGE value of good customer service! They also charge more than what they say!! What SHOULD be a pleasant experience, was a nightmare! I wanted to get my nails done for a vacation, which I don’t do lot because of painful hands from rheumatoid arthritis but always pedicures! I asked the lady AT LEAST 25 times to PLEASE be careful with my hands!! She understood me because she spoke English just fine, she was VERY RUDE and SO forceful with my hands and twisting my joints VERY roughly 🤬 despite seeing me tearing up in pain! I was in EXCRUCIATING pain for days after! I get that she was RUDE because she has to stay late to do my nails? BUT I promised I would leave a large tip! I kept my word and gave a $40 tip for a $90 service!!! ONLY because I keep my word. AND I didn’t even get a foot massage or anything extra for my pedicure! I should have left NOTHING! I think she enjoyed causing me pain. Not to mention they didn’t even do a good job! I will NEVER set foot in that place again! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place. They lost a potential loyal customer who tips well. NOT smart!
