I have been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and never have had such a horrible experience. I brought my 9 year old daughter and niece to get their toes done yesterday, the boss/manager completed their pedicures. She cut my daughter’s toenails unreasonably short. Both girls said she was hurting them during the pedicure. The boss/manager seemed irritated and did not provide good service.

Me and my cousin went here and they cut our toenails WAY TOO short. Some of my toes weren’t even fully painted. My cousin says she didn’t do well on the paint job and not to mention when she was saying ow, the worker said “yea, your feet are dirty” as an excuse. She cut my cousins toe nail WAYYYYYYY too short. Very rough the whole time

Had my two little girls in tears with how rude and rough the manager is. Seemed completely irritated to be doing a pedicure on a 10 year old.

Color changing, like woah!
This shop has everything you could ever need. Stickers, chrome, color changing, marbling, custom designs! Even though they are short staffed they took the time to get cuticles, not just with the drill, but dipped in water, cut cuticles, oils, hot towel. The works! Shape is excellent and consistent. Stamp cards as well! Thank you!

I’m really sad to have had the experience I did, I was excited to try a new spot close to home. I went in for a simple fill. I didn’t catch her name, but the nail tech had short bright red hair. Right off the bat, she was rude and sassy when I tried to explain to her what I wanted my nails to look like (short, square, more narrow at the tip, one solid color- nothing out of the norm.) I brushed it off, maybe it was a misunderstanding. While she was rushing through getting my nails done, she seemed to be half paying attention to my nails, and half watching videos on her phone. I really wish she would’ve paid more attention to my nails and worried more about quality over getting me out of the chair as quickly as possible.. I left with my nails on one hand being significantly longer than my other hand, and almost all of my nails are REALLY uneven (should I have asked her to fix it in the moment- yes. She was so rude about letting her know what nail shape I wanted, I figured asking her to fix them might not go over well.)
When it came time to pay, she asked me for a tip. I tried to decline as politely as possible.. I felt bad, but I didn’t feel like the whole experience really warranted a tip. She proceeded to toss my card towards me rather than just handing it to me.

The whole thing just left me feeling really disappointed. I have tried most of the other salons in the Lake Stevens area, and I will pick any of them over this one in the future.
