As always, Loyalty Nails provided the best service and quality work. Donnie is always excited to see everyone and ready to help pick out polish colors – He makes every appointment so much better! Kha does a fantastic job every visit, adding his own artistic vision to any idea I come up with – I’m not the easiest client, I’m constantly changing my nail shape or wanting a random design that takes forever. Kha never complains or makes me feel like I’m too much. We have fun coming up with new designs (always with the extra input of Donnie), and I leave every appointment with a HUGE smile. Everyone at Loyalty makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in – I will never go anywhere else!!

Poor experience after being so highly recommended. Despite explaining both on the phone and in person multiple times after my existing gel was removed, Queen, nail technician informed thy do not do nail extensions form but only acrylic tips. I explained that I was informed otherwise and that I don’t do tips. She proceeded to call someone who repeated they don’t do form tips despite being told by an employee that they do. I left without my nails being completed. Poor communication with customers with no attempt for suitable resolution.

I went for my friends birthday and got French tips done and they were so pretty, they stayed on for a month. We did the dip and it was very pretty and I would recommend and totally do it again.

i have got to hype up loyalty nails! i’ve been coming here for about 4 years and i have only left unsatisfied one time. the next day i came back, i let them know that i wasn’t happy with my nails and they fixed them right away and i paid nothing…. plus it was after they had started closing but they made time for me. everyone is so nice and it’s always been good going there. i recommend loyalty to anyone i talk to. i’m always getting asked where i get my nails done, along with many compliments. if i could give them 10 stars i would! these are just a few of the sets that ive gotten:

Clean nail salon with talented nail artists. However customer service is appalling. Would like to specifically call out the attitude and approach of the salon manager. Feels borderline racist. Would be willing to return as a customer if it is addressed properly.
