Nathaniel in the garden center is awesome. He helped me load several bags of heavy soil onto my cart, then he asked if he could do anything else for me. Later he saw my “lost look” and came to help again. He kept checking on me as I perused the beautiful flowers. He told me that he would help me load all of my things that I bought into the car, when I was ready to check out. I heard him helping other people and always asking them first, before they would ask for help. He was very polite and had a great smile. As soon as I checked out, he was there to load me up. We talked for a few minutes and he told me his aspirations was to become a airline pilot. Good luck with your career goals Nathaniel, you would go far!

Abysmal customer service. Every time I call this store, the customer service people are just non-chalant, uncaring and rude. I get put on hold and get ping-ponged throughout the store only to be put back on hold or hung up on. I finally get a hold of somebody and they can’t be bothered to help me with my appliance order because they’re “not in appliances”. I’m just going to end up cancelling it after dealing with this store since they seem not to care to do business with it’s customers. They treat it like a turn key operation than trying to make it a good experience. Finally got a hold of the manager on duty and hey was rude as well. Not a “Hello, how can I help you?” just “This Manny.” just very cold and sounded inconvenienced. The Fort Collins Lowe’s is so much better than this one anyway, should’ve just called them first.

Words of advice- Do NOT purchase appliances from Lowe’s. Absolute worst experience. We ordered a 4 piece appliance kitchen suite. Loveland Lowe’s sold us the set, charged our card for $7k, told us it was all in stock..over a week later we were told it was not all in stock! The dishwasher was sold out, that we had ALREADY paid for… took us 4 managers and 6 weeks to get our money back for a dishwasher! This store is unorganized, managers avoid issues, I have not shopped at Lowe’s since and will never again. They should care about customers, it’s not a few bucks… I used to be a loyal customer and and spent $7,400 at their store.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Customer service was an abomination when trying to get help. My fiancé’s new smoker was dropped off with not a phone call or even a knock on the door from the delivery people saying that it had been delivered and they dropped it off right in front of the front door creating a fire hazard for his handicapped grandfather (should have been dropped off in front of the driveway). When calling customer service to try and get someone out here to help move it to the correct location, Lowe’s said ‘we don’t do that, maybe ask a neighbor’ and provided no other help or assistance. Never EVER order any large appliance from Lowe’s unless you want to be in a world of frustration with absolutely no help from the company. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I love Lowe’s and was pleasantly surprised at their Christmas tree prices ($79 for a 8 foot noble fir), but it was hard to tell what the tree looks like since they were all crammed in together and flattened. Once we got it home to see if the branches would drop and fill out, it is way skinny!
Also the tree stand we bought didn’t have threaded bolts to hold the tree secure.
What’s even more frustrating about all this is we don’t live very close, so now we’re having to make a trip all the way back there to return all of this. So unless you specifically want a skinny tree, you might wanna look elsewhere.
