Went in for a refill and it’s by far the worst experience I’ve had with my nails. I was charged $60 for a refill and the nails are not worth that price for the service I received. Once I got out and seen them in the light I was able to see bubbles and how uneven my French tips were. I also noticed how she did not clean the off the nails properly like other places do. She left white polish all over my finger tips as well. I called back 10 minutes after leaving and she was extremely rude when I brought up my issues, I explained to her that I was going to a weeding and she refused to fix the issue. She hung up on me and stated she doesn’t give refunds. I asked her to please fix my nails and she refused. It was a simple fill and definitely not worth what I paid. I wouldn’t have minded if the service was great and the work was done properly. Very disappointed with this place. Won’t be going back.

Went in for a pedicure and had an appointment at 12:30. Waited for an hour and a half. I finally left after waiting so long. My thoughts for making it better in the future with any establishment, is if you make an appointment for somebody, please make sure you stick to it. I don’t believe I will be back as this is the second time I’ve had to wait so long to have something done.

My mom had a manicure and pedicure and both sessions were great. The nails were just like she asked and the shape was exactly like how she wanted. The prices were very good. The nail tech also gave her water because her back was hurting which showed a sign of kindness. She would definitely go here again.
