I asked for duck nails and the color DD67 . My nails are not duck nails , they are uneven and very bubbly and lumpy . And even after I told them , it still was the same . Service was horrible and they started talking in their language as I complained. I will never go back

Came in for a full set gel with tips for myself and a polish for my child. Ended up being $50. I’m 9 days out from having them done and they are lifting away from my nail beds and are so thick and uneven. Guess that happens when 4 different nail techs do your nails. Never again. I’ll take my money and patience else where. And last but not least my thumb nails aren’t even the same length…

We (myself and child) last minute outing, we went to just get our nails and toes polished only. Polished only was stated several times. When I made it to the cash register, he said $110.00. I said to get your toes and nails polished, we didn’t even get our feet soaked? He said yes, “we did gel, gel last longer,” I stated. I didn’t ask for gel. The techs were nice, but evidently, they don’t understand English well. I told them if there’s a next time you need to give me what I ask for, not what you want me to have!!

I sat down and he was done within 10 minutes. He nicked almost every toe and was on the phone the entire service.
He told me one price but ran my card for a different price.
First and last time visiting this shop. I didn’t see zero stars.

Just don’t go! It will be a waste of time and money. Their customer service is awful, and their service has declined. They will try to get you to pay for more than you came for….just sharks. The owner has a very bad attitude, and hung up on me when I inquired about the quality of the the service I received.
