Kate did a great job on my pedi! She was nice, listened to my concerns & did not rush me off the chair. It’s an older shop that could use some upgrades (new furniture, signage, decor, etc.) but I enjoyed my self-care here!

I absolutely LOVE coming to lovely nails and have been coming for about a year. I went to get a new set put on for a vacation I’m taking. Not even a full day went by and 3 of my nails have already broken off. There’s was a new guy who did my nails and please don’t use him for acrylic. The nails aren’t even the same shape and they’re fat and bulky. And he didn’t clean up my nails or anything before like the others always do.

I have been bringing my daughter here for about a year I bring her to get her acrylics done about every 6 months, and I just recently brought her in on thursday at 10am with an appointment with Kevin. He is the only nail technician I take my daughter too, he cleans the tools and does an amazing job. Every picture my daughter has shown him he does his best to provide what she is requesting. He is gentle and really nice. Nothing but good service with Kevin. Thank you Kevin for taking care of my daughter nails.

If I could I would leave a zero star!!!! I have been coming to this place for about 3 months, I always get the gelX. I never had any problems. But on my last visit, the lady suggested I do acrílics, because she said would be the same thing and I could just do fills for maintenance. While she was soins my nails I found kind awkward that she told me to memorized the color she was using to polish my nails. Well now I know why, after that day my nails kept broken, like I was using a cheap glue nails that you buy on pharmacy. That been said, today I went back again and I was treated like criminal , like someone that is trying to get stuff for “FREE” they were super rude, the guy ( owner) had the courage to look at me ans said it that I was biting my nails and that’s why they keep falling off !!! When I was telling them the TRUE, but they kept treating me like a criminal! I was with my kids and the last had the balls to look at me and say that I was trying to get stuff for free ( what a piece of S.. human being) I never felt so disrespected on a nail salon in my life!!! I’ve have been coming to lovely nails for over 10 years, I first started doing my nails here when I was in high school and have remained a customer ever since, I’ve tried other local shops 2-3 times to only come back.
Kevin and Ana have been doing my nails for years and I couldn’t be happier with their work and service.
Any time I haven’t liked something (if that’s ever happened) they’ve always fixed it for me without question. It’s been a rare occasion were a gel has come off or something went wrong and Kevin never made it an issue to fix it.
Everyone at the shop is always nice and greets me well.
It’s sad to see some of these reviews because I’ve never had this experience. These people work very hard and at times nonstop customer, after customer.
