Worst experience ever I sat there for 30 min before they told me o had to come back… ppl just sitting around .. customer service has lacked since covid started but, as business owners we have to make sure that we are aware when things are unprofessional

Do not go to this salon unless you do not care about how your nails look! I went unaware that most of the employees are new and still practicing their craft. Which is no fault of theirs, but management. I asked for dip and received regular polish upon asking why the technician stated that management told her to and that it would prevent my nails from turning yellow due to the white color huh “that’s what gel is for” I stated. I explained the difference in dip and polish and the reasoning given did not make sense and she agreed. My skin was cut and burning. Don’t go my nails are discolored and my polish is chipping after 2 days. Not to mention the shape and horrible job of polishing!!

I arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and got a manicure with shellac. It was nice because there weren’t a lot of customers and they started closing up while my nail tech finished up. She did an awesome job but she wasn’t very talkative. That’s okay though because she’s clearly experienced and was very focused. My nails look great! I’ll definitely be back!

This is my favorite place to get a mani pedi!!! The service is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the prices are nice. It is a perfect place if you want to pamper yourself.
