I wasn’t a fan. Two main issues that didn’t sit right with me, first is that I did not get the design I wanted on my nails. I showed the tech my reference photo to get something similar before starting on my nails. She gave me attitude when I questioned about needing a nude color for the nail where the design would be, saying “🙄 so you want to change colors?” which obvi I need a different color to get the design I wanted and once I picked the color I needed she went on. When we got to the design part she did a flower that was fairly big and when I asked if the strawberries (the design of what I wanted will be pictured next to what I got) would fit, she said she couldn’t do it because the nails would be way too short. I get that I might’ve gotten the nails too short but her as the tech saw my inspo picture, said she could do said design, and then chose to do only one part of the design?? I told her that if I had known she wasn’t gonna be able to do it BEFORE the end then I could’ve chosen a different service (like nails tips.) She didn’t apologize or say anything, she kinda just had this expression ->😐 She then added another flower but my nails are not what I wanted. Second issue is they have no prices listed. Who knows what all you get charged for since there’s not a “menu” of prices/services. The rest of the techs were very nice, but I just wish I could’ve gotten what I wanted/went to pay for.

Surprised I haven’t written a review of Lovely Nails before. To begin, there is a key piece of needed information- I have mobility challenges, making cutting my toenails impossible. I tried a couple of places before trying it here. At first, I had my nails quickly cut, paid a small fee, and left. Then I agreed to a pedicure, and I’m glad I did. It’s hard for me to scrub my lower legs and feet. Two problems solved! They’re helpful, understanding, and provide a good service. The chairs have massage functions and offer a bottle of water if I want one.

Elena is my favorite Nail Artist at this nice salon, but I have had almost everyone there work on my nails before, and they always do an excellent, very professional job! I have been going there now for several years, and I am a happy customer! I am also satisfied with their reasonable prices. And I brought my elderly Mom there to get a pedicure and they did a really good job. She was nervous, but they were so gentle and put her mind at ease.

Great service!! I have been going here for years. I like Lorena a lot she takes her time and is very thorough for pedis. I try to go with her any chance I get but when she is not available I go with Tina who is great as well. *in the pic is my gel mani by Lorena 🙂 (I bite my nails so they are short because of me lol)

Was browsing for a new nail tech since relocating to Texas from Cali. Came upon this nail shop and I wasn’t disappointed. Super friendly and great at their skill. I was helped right away. A gentleman(possibly owner) did my nails and my pedi was done by a sweet older woman. I can confidently say this is my new nail place.
