Horrible experience. The man who did my nails was in a hurry. He cut me multiple times. He did not file my nails correctly. My nails have lift already and I just got them done. They are bumpy and some have indentations. Multiple are coming up and two are attached to my skin. He also refused to do any kind of design when asked. My boyfriend also had a pedicure at this time and it was horrible. They left his toe nails jagged with sharp edges. The water was cold and the person doing it was in a rush.

literally drilled under my real nail and made me bleed. not to mention my cuticle was filed off. still made me pay $50 for these nails and gave me a $95 gift card to come back.

Edit!!!: so I did come back to give them another chance when this happened. I made sure the man did not do my nails and instead a lady did them. Originally they told me he would be fired after the incident, but to my surprise he was still there when I came back 🙄. When I handed her my gift certificate after she took it completely. The nails they did were no where near worth $95. I was hoping to get my eyebrows waxed possibly, but nope. Took the entire gift certificate with an ugly expression on her face. Typical chop shop. Do not let any man do your nails here. They hate women or something.

Sterlings Style (Tulle Time)
I went to get my nails done. Nothing fancy, just white tips. The guy doing my nails never asked what length, he just goes to cutting after the acrylic nails were on. They were no longer than my actual finger nails that I cut down before going!!! I told him that they were too short. He said they’d look better once finished. They were so short he even cut me with the nail file trying to file them!!! They also were very crooked and lumpy!! I had to go elsewhere to get them removed and replaced! Wasted not only the $71 to get them done but the time to get them removed and new ones put on!

Arrived for my 2 pm appointment and didn’t get started until 2:45. The man working on me was friendly but rough. He cut me and didn’t acknowledge it and he pushed my real nail so far from my finger that it bled underneath and still hurts. He also needed excessive guidance for fixing very apparent and obvious issues with my nails and kept asking “do you like?” When they were uneven and not acceptable.

I left with lumpy and uneven nails that weren’t fully painted and paid almost $60.

Very nice atmosphere and set up. My mom and I went. The nail techs were great. Did a wonderful job.
